Staff Registration

Brothers! Your lodge needs you!

The lodge, at least twice a year, holds a membership event. This event, as you are well aware, is the next step for both: candidates elected by their peers on their journey to membership in the Order of the Arrow, as well as your fellow brothers seeking further knowledge of the Order. It is our tasks as brothers of the Order to provide these candidates with the best experience possible during this time of reflection. 

Every Arrowman has a significant role to play in this event. Please join us for our membership event as a member of our staff. ​

There is no cost for the event but in order for us to prepare for food and supplies, we need an individual registration for each person attending at least one (1) week prior to the event.

The date of our membership event is April 14-15, 2023. Staff arrival is 5:00 pm on Friday and departure is 7 pm on Saturday. ​l Ordeal will be held at Great Basin Institute (11795 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89179).
PLEASE NOTE:
  1. Every attendee must come to the event with a current parts A&B medical form (linked below), signed by a parent (or the participant if an adult). Participants cannot remain onsite without this form.

  2. No meal service Friday - bring a sack dinner.
  3. Please remember to bring the following items with you:
    1. Parts A & B of the BSA medical form. Part A will not be returned-please insure back is blank.
    2. Official BSA field uniform (“Class A”) with OA sash and wear it upon arrival Friday night
    3. Work clothes:
      • Gloves and Face Mask
      • Sturdy shoes
      • T-shirts (scouting only)
      • Pants
      • Hat
      • Any personal care items
    4. Sleeping bag and pad
    5. Refillable Water Bottle
  4. Please refrain from bringing the following items:
    1. NO TENTS allowed
    2. Food or food products of any kind
    3. Electronics or entertainment items of any kind

     Staff Registration for Inductions  April 14-15, 2023

    Pack, Troop, Crew or Ship and number. If member at large, put District or Council instead.
    Please list any food allergies or other medical concerns. If none, put N/A
